ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT

The Hamlet is a private 18 hole, par 70, 6,500yd golf course. USGA spec. greens (bent/poa). Bentgrass tees and fairways. Tennis facility with 6 USTA hard courts and 2 har-tru courts.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  Work with Superintendent on daily basis in all aspects of course management. Including but not limited to pesticide and fertilizer application, staff supervision, staff planning, irrigation operation and repair, course set up.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  Minimum 3 yrs. experience on grounds staff preferably with degree or certificate from turf program. Spanish speaking a plus. Must have or have the ability to acquire a NYS pesticide applicators license.
