ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT

 

Facility Description:  Fresh Meadow is a private, member owned, full service country club.  Located in Great Neck, NY 30 minutes from New York City.  Fresh Meadow is a progressive, forward thinking Club constantly making improvements to continue our rich history of being a club leader in the metropolitan area and in the country club business nationwide.  Fresh Meadow takes great pride in its reputation and its investment in facilities and employees.  Our club has an 18 hole golf course, ten acre state of the art practice facility with both grass and synthetic hitting surfaces along with an elaborate short game area.  Other amenities include swimming pool, hard tur tennis courts and pickle ball courts.

 

Experience Requirement:  1-4 years golf course experience is helpful but not necessary, minimum of 1 year is required.

Education Requirement:  Minimum of certificate from an accredited University is required and/or a college degree of any kind with golf course work experience is acceptable.

 

Job Expectation:  This position will be exposed to all aspects of our operation.  Our current management team is structured to support, teach and mentor any serious candidate to become successful in golf course and property management.  We are seeking a responsible candidate that has ambition to learn and can be accountable for their team role.

 

Compensation:  $75,000-$85,000.
